Subject to the conditions below, we will refund your money in full in the same way you used to pay. Please ensure that all items returned are clean, unused, and have all tags attached.
Please note that custom-made products can only be exchanged for a different size. Products made to order cannot be returned.

WHEN WILL MY MONEY BE RETURNED?
Your return must be processed within 10 days from the date the returned item arrived at our warehouse. Usually, parcels arrive at us within 14 days from the date of dispatch, however, delivery from remote areas may take longer. The parcel can be tracked on the CDEK website. If delivery is delayed, please contact us by phone +7 996 775 22 70 with a return confirmation, for example, in the form of a receipt or invoice. If you paid online The funds will be returned to the account from which the payment was made (i.e. to your bank card, e-wallet or bank account). Usually the money is returned within a few days, but the exact time depends on your bank. You can check the receipt of funds in your personal account or in your account statement. If you paid through the Sberbank Online service, indicate your bank account details in the return form.
