The contract is considered concluded from the moment the order is placed by the buyer through the website, online chat on the website, e-mail or by calling the support service.

Orders for delivery by regular courier are carried out by agreement of the date and time by the buyer. Third-party delivery orders are processed according to the internal courier route schedule. A third-party carrier is responsible for the delivery time and the absence of damage to the goods during delivery, but we guarantee assistance and assistance in the implementation of high-quality and timely delivery. Change of delivery address if the order is on the way, or re-delivery in case of non-delivery is paid by the buyer additionally.

If an agreement does not work out, the disputes are referred to the Arbitration Court of the city of St. Petersburg.
