Down jackets of the SATIN collection are sewn according to preliminary orders and individual measurements. To leave a request for the manufacture of the model you like, fill out a special form, indicating your parameters.

When placing an order, the client pays 50% of the amount of the product.

Within 12 hours after placing the order, a confirmation is sent to the mail indicated by the client that the order has been transferred to production.

As soon as the down jacket is ready, we send it to the address indicated in the order (delivery time 1-2 days). A tracking number for tracking the parcel will also be sent to the client's mail.

When the product is ready, our specialist will send an individual link to pay for the second part of the order amount.

The production time varies from 10 to 14 working days.

Down care tips:

• For light dirt, clean the cloth with water and a brush and detergent and do not wring out. This type of cleaning is preferable, since the fluff inside the product does not get wet, the product dries faster and retains its thermal properties longer.
• Automatic machine wash allowed.
• Dry cleaning is prohibited.
• Be sure to close the zippers before washing or cleaning.
• Do not soak the product.
• Use only special detergents for washing down garments and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• Rinse the product well to avoid streaks.
• Dry hanging on a hanger in a well-heated room.
• Shake and straighten the fluff while drying.
• Do not keep compressed down damp items even for several hours.
• Make sure that it is thoroughly dried before storing the product for long-term storage.
• The down jacket should be stored in a special cover for outerwear, avoiding contact of the product with things with a specific smell.
